Our Departments

Production Department

The TMR Plastics company produces plastic components using the injection moulding technology. The machine park consists of automated injection moulding machines by Arburg and Engel, equipped with 3-axis and 6-axis robots with a tonnage of 28 tons – 650 tons, on which we can obtain components up to 3 kg.

We specialize in single-component and two-component injection moulding and we use the technology of pouring two-component polyurethane gaskets (PUR) on a CNC-controlled machine.

Assembly Department

In the assembly department, we make components and products fully finished, by gluing, welding, soldering, hot-stamping, CNC-controlled ultrasonic installation, up to the final packaging and labeling.

R&D department

Our R&D department carries out analyzes of new inquiries based on the customer’s idea, proposes optimization and process solutions for the production of finished parts.
We deal with the implementation and supervision of new projects until series production, participates in trials of injection moulds and sub-processes (production, assembly).
We are in close contact with the client and suppliers, keep track of quality documentation until the release for serial production, and engage individual departments of the company.
